Ryelands have been kept at Dolwen since 1994 where our main aim is to produce quality Ryeland sheep true breed character having good conformation, size and to promote the breed through the show ring.

A strong entry of 127 pedigree Ryelands and
Coloured Ryelands at the annual sale at
Averages: Ryelands – shearling ewes £230.47; breeding ewes £295.24; ewe lambs £209.52; shearling rams £370.48; senior rams £109.52; ram lambs £200.95. Coloured Ryelands – ewes £190.48; ewe lambs £208.57; rams £161.90; ram lambs £95.24.
The Dolwen flock had joint top sale price with our yearling ram Dolwen Kaspar making £798 and Dolwen Lansker was the second highest priced ram lamb making £451.50.
